1. Who we are and what we sell
Clavify (clavify.io) is a trade name of Javaka, located at Ekelcamp 7, 5737 CL Lieshout, The Netherlands — Chamber of Commerce (KvK) no. 42031123, VAT ID NL005443169B44. We sell online courses that teach you to build and sell AI tools. You purchase digital access to course material: individual courses, track bundles or the all-access bundle. 2. Access and account
- You need a free account to access purchased courses.
- After successful payment you get immediate access to the purchased material for an indefinite period ("lifetime access" means: for as long as Clavify exists, and at least 24 months after purchase).
- Your account is personal. Sharing login credentials or course material is not permitted.
- The first lesson of every course is freely accessible, even without a purchase.
3. Prices and payment
- All prices on the site are in euros and include VAT, unless stated otherwise.
- Payment is handled by Stripe (including iDEAL and credit card). The purchase is complete once the payment is confirmed.
- One-time payment — no subscription, no renewal, no hidden fees.
4. Right of withdrawal and guarantee
For digital content, a statutory 14-day cooling-off period applies under EU law. By accessing the course material immediately after purchase, you consent to immediate delivery and waive the statutory right of withdrawal for the part that has been delivered.
On top of that, we offer a 14-day money-back guarantee: if you're not satisfied within 14 days of purchase, email support@clavify.io and you'll receive a full refund — or, if you prefer, a personal session to help you move forward. Refunds are issued within 14 days via the original payment method.
5. Use of the material
- All course material is protected by copyright. You may use it for your own learning and for your own (client) projects.
- Copying, reselling, publishing or making course material available to third parties is not permitted.
- You may freely use the code examples from the lessons in your own projects and products, including commercially.
6. What you can expect from us (and what not)
- We keep the course material reasonably up to date; third-party AI services (such as APIs and platforms covered in lessons) may change beyond our control.
- The courses are practical education. Results (such as revenue from AI tools you sell) depend on your own effort and situation — we do not guarantee specific outcomes.
- Our liability is in all cases limited to the amount you paid for the product in question. We are not liable for indirect damages.
7. Availability
We aim for maximum availability of the platform, but cannot fully rule out interruptions for maintenance or due to outages. In the event of prolonged unavailability, we will work with you to find an appropriate solution.
8. Complaints and applicable law
- Complaints? Email support@clavify.io — we respond within 2 business days and will do our best to work it out together.
- These terms are governed by Dutch law. Disputes will be submitted to the competent Dutch court.
- As a consumer you can also use the European ODR platform for online dispute resolution.
9. Changes
We may change these terms. For existing purchases, the terms as they were at the time of purchase continue to apply.
